Who we are

Baddie RN is an education and community platform for nurses and nursing students, operated at baddie-rn.com. Contact us any time at bookinfinitytravels@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, display name, and anything you choose to add to your profile (specialty, years of experience, general location, photo, bio).
• Content you create — community posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, and group activity.
• Learning activity — quiz and practice answers, scores, streaks, badges, and study progress, so we can show your dashboard and weak topics.
• Usage data — pages viewed and features used, in aggregate, to improve the product.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect protected health information (PHI). Baddie RN is not a clinical system and is not covered by HIPAA. Never post patient names, identifiers, photos, or any detail that could identify a real patient. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to build advertising profiles.

How we use your data

• To run your account, log you in, and keep your progress in sync.
• To show you community content, messages, and notifications.
• To personalize study plans, drills, and review reminders.
• To process subscriptions and orders.
• To send transactional email and, if you opt in, the weekly Nurse Tea.
• To keep the platform safe — abuse prevention, moderation, and security.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to operate: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider, and AI model providers used to power in-app study tools. AI prompts are not used to train third-party models. We also share data when legally required.

Children

Baddie RN is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

Your rights and choices

• Access or correct your profile at any time from the app.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
• Delete your account and data — go to Delete my account in the app, or email us. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, messages, and study history.
• California, EU, and UK residents may request a copy of their data or object to processing by emailing us.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, account data is removed and backups age out within 30 days. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by row-level security rules.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
