Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Baddie RN, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 17 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Baddie RN is

Baddie RN is an educational and community platform for nurses and nursing students. It provides study material, practice questions, reference tools, and a place to connect with other nurses. It is not medical advice and not a clinical decision tool — see our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• The public website is free. Paid plans unlock the full app.
• Plans renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime access is a one-time payment for access to the app for as long as the service operates.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future terms with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Refunds: contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review it in good faith. Purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple under their policy.

4. Community rules

You agree not to post:

• Any protected health information — patient names, identifiers, photos, room numbers, or details that could identify a real patient.
• Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or targeted attacks on coworkers.
• Sexual content, illegal content, or content promoting harm.
• Spam, scams, MLM recruiting, or unauthorized advertising.
• Anything that violates your employer's policy or your nursing license.

We moderate reported content and may remove posts or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report or block any member from the app.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it inside the service so the platform can function. You are responsible for having the right to post what you share.

6. Our content

Study material, question banks, cheat sheets, books, and branding are owned by Baddie RN. Personal study use is fine. Redistributing, reselling, scraping, or republishing it is not.

7. Accounts

Keep your login secure and do not share your account. You may delete your account at any time from Delete my account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. We do not guarantee exam results, certification, or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
