Are flights included in any of these trips?

Accepted Answer

No — flights are quoted separately for every tier (weekend, budget, cruise, and all-inclusive). The Bali 7-day $1,250 special also does not include airfare. We can help you find and book flights, but the trip price you see is land / resort / cruise only.

Question 2

Can I make payments instead of paying all at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tier supports a payment plan. For the Bali special, a $99 deposit per person secures your spot and is applied toward your balance — from there you can pay monthly or pay in full, as long as the balance is paid by May 30, 2027. For other trips, deposit and installment schedules depend on the supplier — we'll spell it out in writing before you commit.

Do I need travel insurance?

It's not included, but we strongly recommend it — especially for cruises and international trips. We can quote insurance from a licensed partner during booking. As nurses, you already know: assume the shift can go sideways.

Is there a nurse or group discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Baddie RN members get access to nurse-only rates on select departures, and groups of 6+ unlock additional perks (upgraded rooms, private transfers, or onboard credit depending on the trip).

What if I need to cancel or change dates?

Accepted Answer

Change and cancel rules are set by the resort, cruise line, or airline — not by us. We share the exact policy in writing before you pay a deposit so there are no surprises. Travel insurance is the safest way to protect your money.

How do I book the Bali flash deal?

Absolutely — the Budget / Student tier starts around $199 and focuses on off-peak dates, drivable destinations, and shared-room options. Tell us your ceiling and we'll build the trip around it.
